The engineering portfolio is one of the most important parts of your FTC season, but it can also be one of the most confusing and time-consuming. In this video, I break down exactly what you need to do to create a portfolio that will impress the judges for the DECODE season.

I start with the basic tips that every team should follow, then I jump into specific strategies for each award. I’ll also show you some real-world examples of great (and not so great) portfolios and share a few tools your team can use to find inspiration and improve your own. My goal is to save your team hours of guesswork and help you focus on what really matters, so you can clearly communicate all of your hard work.
